I picked up a few nail polishes from Forever 21. The color names are only on the wrapper and once you take that off, who knows. This one is number 9126 and it's a light, light blue with a very subtle dark blue shimmer.
My cuticles are a mess, I know. Neglect your cuticle cream and this is what happens!
But it's a pretty color... It's sheer, it took three coats and it knicks up pretty bad even when you assume it's dry. I adore the subtle shimmer--it's like a real treat when you happen to be in the right light to catch it. :)
These go for a mere $2.80 at Forever21.
