LA Splash Liquid Eyeliner Swatches in "Golden Abalone" and "Silver Dollar"

I grabbed a couple of these LA Splash liners... These are my first LA Splash products and I noticed them because of their sparkly goodness.

China Glaze "Mistletoe Kisses"

This is so pretty! I picked it up a little while ago and finally used it last night and it's gorgeous! China Glaze really did an awesome job on their holiday polishes!

Name: Mistletoe Kisses
Brand: China Glaze
2 Coats (Could have probably done 3)
Availability: Amazon ($4.46)

Sally Hansen Insta-Dry in "Lightening"

As with most yellows, this was a bit gloopy BUT I was extremely careful and with two coats, I was able to get it to cover pretty nicely. It's not perfect but it does look nice.

The nails on my right hand are much more uniform than the nails on my left so I started photographing my right hand this time around... With some help from my boyfriend when needed :)

24 Days of Gifts: Day 18 (Eye Pallets)

Day 18... Pallets!

Guerlain Champs-Élysées Eyeshadow Pallet
Guerlain makes a great gift I think because it's sooo pretty and it's expensive so it's not necessarily something a person would buy for themselves.

Price: $84
Availability: Sephora

Rock & Republic "Immoral" and "Shameless" Blushes

I swatched my two Rock & Republic blushes today. These are my first R&R products and I really love how smoothly they went on! Both of them are kind of intimidating looking in the compacts but when I applied them with brushes, they went on very lightly and were very buildable.

Opi "Plum Full of Cheer"

"Plum Full of Cheer" is a gorgeous plum! I hadn't run across this one online or if I had heard of it, I didn't pay it any attention but when I was browsing the polishes at Ulta the other day, this one really stuck out and I adore it!

My nails are all different lengths and it's driving me nuts. I filed and cut them a bit but it kills me to go back to square one with them all and I refuse to do it! I keep getting tears on the sides of my nails. I'm using Orly's Nailtrition right now (which will be reviewed shortly) and being very careful so hopefully that will help a bit. (Suggestions for nail strength/health are appreciated if any of you know of a great product!)

24 Days of Gifts: Day 17

Today's gifts are gifts for men--which are no where near as fun to shop for as gifts for women, in my opinion BUT I tried to find some of the more interesting things for the guys in your life.

And I didn't include any meauty products (a term I just came up with for male beauty products) because I like my men rugged!

Love Bomb Bank
Comes in white, black and gold. Must be broken to get money out. Bottom is a peace sign :)

Price: $59.99
Availability: Nova68
Proceeds from this gift go to A.N.S.W.E.R. (Act Now to Stop War and End Racism)

Sephora Edition Monopoly

I just found (for me) the coolest possible gift and my boyfriend bought it for me as an early birthday present. (My birthday is not until the 28th but he said birthday gift, not Christmas so I'm saying that too :))

I love Monopoly and obviously I love makeup and then... Combining two loves? Ah! Perfection! Plus, I got to use my Sephora gift card and got a couple of polishes too. Yay!

Here is a link to the game; it retails for $23.25.
